Design & Development/Tech Pack Review – We Create Samples
Based on your specifications, we develop prototypes and samples for your review. This stage ensures the design, fit, materials, and overall quality meet your expectations before production begins. Depending on the complexity of the garment, the sampling process typically takes 1-3 rounds of revisions and approvals to achieve the desired final product.
Sample Development (7-14 Days) – You Review and Confirm Approval
Once the samples are complete, you review and approve all details, including design, sizing, materials, colors, and branding elements. Production only moves forward after receiving your final approval.
Production – Manufacturing Begins
After approval, your order enters production at our manufacturing facility. Our team closely monitors every stage to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and on-time completion.
Delivery – Final Product Shipped
Upon completion and quality inspection, your products are carefully packed and shipped to your desired destination. We coordinate logistics to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.
